Tekkers basically means technique. As explained by the Urban Dictionary; in football, if you cannot control a ball rolling along the floor at 5mph, then you will be deemed to have no tekkers whatsoever.
In a sexual context, your 'tekkers' refers to the techniques you use to please a lady: "she didn't leave her number coz his tekkers were so shit..."
Andy Ansah's version of "unbelievably good tekkers" was first seen on Wayne Rooney's Street Striker. Later hilariously adopted by Soccer AM.
